We started this week saying goodbye to the best part of our hearts, and finish it on our fifth marriage anniversary… with small steps forward in between.

I was previously working to add another flowerbed, which has become his resting place and memorial.

The bed is planned to be home to Oriental lilies, blackberry vines, phlox, yarrow, daffodils, daylilies and more.
This morning, I started work on the border, utilizing some paver stones to edge the bed and old bricks for a ornate touch.

The new bed is toward the center of the garden lot just downhill from the bee balm bed.

Tiger was so excited when the garden was enclosed during the pandemic so he could join us down in the garden. Now, we can join him…
Such a beautiful tribute and value of all that he has been and still is in your lives. They show us the purest forms of love and trust, don’t they?
The fragrance and scenery will be as beautiful as the memories.
Beautiful words and gestures coming from so much pain. Continued love to you and Todd. I’m so sorry. I know how heartbreaking it is. ❤️❤️❤️
“Now we can join him.” My heart melted in 5 words.
Beautiful way to honor his memory! 💙
